Permission Description: Location and background operation

Our RHD Light app will obtain location data to enable the following features, even if the app exits to the background.
Adding or reconnecting a device(Front or back office), the bluetooth regulations of the android system need to locate the bluetooth device to scan.

Notification Bar

The purpose of obtaining notification bar permissions is to ensure that Bluetooth communication can continue normally when the app is in the background for a long time.
